This Member Key Contact Community Forum was graciously hosted by BHP in July 2025.
The event served as a valuable platform for Key Contacts to build relationships, exchange ideas, learn from one another, and deepen the connection to the DCA Team while gaining a better understanding of the wide-ranging membership benefits.
Introduced by DCA CEO Catherine Hunter (she/her), the DCA team delivered information sessions covering DCA’s membership, education offerings, latest research, and advocacy work. Attendees heard from:

Themes discussed in interactive peer sharing included the power of language, leadership commitment, identity and cultural load and strategic guidance through Employee Resource Groups. The discussion also covered the global context for D&I, aspects around data collection, and the immense value of peer networks in sharing both challenges and solutions.
