Inclusive Recruitment

What is inclusive recruitment?

DCA defines inclusive recruitment as hiring practices that:

  • value diversity
  • minimise bias, and
  • enable a diversity of talent to be sourced, assessed, selected, and appointed.

It includes inclusive practices from before a job is even advertised (i.e. writing the job description), all the way to onboarding successful hires.
