DCA’s Knowledge Programs are usually only open for group bookings but during Inclusion at Work Week, DCA is holding Open Knowledge Programs where you can attend a knowledge program as an individual.

DCA’s Knowledge Programs are facilitated sessions aimed at increasing employee knowledge, skills and awareness of a range of diversity and inclusion topics. The programs are grounded in the latest DCA and industry research and delivered by experienced facilitators.
Education is one of the most effective ways to foster inclusion and increase employee support for D&I initiatives, and DCA’s Knowledge Programs are an excellent way to upskill yourself and your staff and complement or kickstart internal D&I initiatives.

Our program structure includes discussion, self-reflection and small group activities. Participants will have access to post-program resources.

Diversity and Inclusion Fundamentals
Understanding workplace diversity, inclusion and core concepts for D&I literacy.
This fundamentals program explains diversity and inclusion, their importance in the workplace and introduces key D&I concepts such as equality and equity, intersectionality and unconscious bias. It unpacks the diversity dimensions and how they can influence workplace D&I change and explores ways to build more inclusive teams within your organisation.
