DCA’s CEO Roundtable brings together leaders from member organizations for an in-depth discussion on advancing diversity and inclusion.
This year, DCA’s CEO, Lisa Annese (she/her), shared insights from the Inclusion@Work Index and recent Class at Work research, emphasizing the importance of social class inclusion in workplace dynamics. Leaders also explored Gari Yala: Speak the Truth, which highlighted the experiences of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander staff.
The roundtable further addressed Inclusive Recruitment Guidelines and Inclusive AI in Recruitment as essential tools to reduce bias in hiring. Sessions on Change at Work and Future Flex explored strategies for fostering cultural change and making flexible work accessible for all employees.
The event provided a valuable opportunity for members to share insights and collectively advance workplace inclusivity.
