Progressing social class inclusion at work

At this Diversity Leadership Program event, we discovered how to make workplaces more class-inclusive.

In 2020, DCA released Class at Work, Australia’s first ever research which found that, more than any other diversity demographic, class is the most strongly linked to workers experience of inclusion at work and one of the most strongly linked to exclusion.

We unpacked what makes workplaces more class inclusive by taking a look at organisation’s that are already making progress in this area.

Our panel includes:

  1. Verity Firth, Executive Director, Social Justice at University of Technology Sydney,
  2. Corinne Proske, CEO JobsBank,
  3. Megan Barnett-Smith, Community Impact, National Manager, King & Wood Mallesons, and
  4. Oskar Henderson, Assistant, KWM Community Impact, King & Wood Mallesons
