A diversity and inclusion (D&I) policy broadly sets out your organisation’s:
- commitment to diversity and inclusion, and
- guiding principles to meet your commitment.
What is the difference between a D&I policy and a D&I strategy?
D&I policy and D&I strategy are interrelated, but separate pieces.
- Your policy sets out your guiding D&I principles.
- Your D&I strategies detail the specific plans that help meet the goals of your D&I principles.
