DCA’s Index experts talk you through understanding your results and navigating your dashboard.
DCA’s Inclusive Employers
DCA will assess you as an Inclusive Employer 2024-2025 based on the results of your data against the below criteria:
- Invite at least 65% of your employees to participate
- Have a response rate of at least 20% of all survey tokens sent; and
- Show that you are active and committed to inclusion by achieving results that exceed the National Index Benchmark on at least five out of six of the following measures: (i) Awareness for D&I action; (ii) Engagement with D&I action; (iii) Inclusive Organisational Climate; (iv) Inclusive Leadership; (v) Inclusive Team; (vi) Exclusion
We will notify you of your results via email approximately 2 weeks following the receipt of your exported data to us. The official announcement of DCA’s 2024-2025 Inclusive Employers will take place on Monday, 18 November, the first day of DCA’s Inclusion at Work Week celebrations.
