Freedom of religion consultation

The Australian Government is conducting a review into whether Australian law (Commonwealth, State and Territory) adequately protects the human right to freedom of religion with particular regard to the intersections between the enjoyment of the freedom of religion and other human rights.

As leading diversity practitioners, DCA Members have a wealth of experience working with people from different faith and non-faith communities, both in Australia and internationally.

We want to hear from you about how your organisation has managed issues where religion and other diversity dimensions collide, and what policies you have in place to allow employees to observe religious practice. (This survey is now closed).

The rest of this content is restricted to DCA members.
