Thank you for taking part in Inclusion at Work Week 2025!
Inclusion at Work Week 2025 has come to an end and the team at DCA is inspired by the incredible D&I achievements celebrated across Australia. Seeing organisations of all sizes prioritise inclusion reminds us why this work matters.
Thank you for taking part and amplifying the message about the value and impact of truly inclusive workplaces.
Event highlights
We were pleased to see strong attendance at our D&I Insights event, Build connection and reduce workplace loneliness, and our special education sessions on D&I Fundamentals, Preventing Gendered Violence at Work, and Inclusive Leadership. These sessions provided practical, actionable strategies to take back to your workplace.
New resources launched
During the week, DCA released three new tools to support your inclusion work:
The 2025-2026 Case for Inclusion@Work: a short form report to help make the case for D&I in your organisation
Linguistic Bias at Work: a guide for leaders to recognise and reduce linguistic bias in processes and everyday settings
the 2026 D&I Days and Dates Calendar: a practical, year-round planning tool to align awareness dates with inclusion goals and strategies.
Save the Date for 2026
Next year’s Inclusion at Work Week will run from 16–20 November 2026. Mark your calendars — we can’t wait to collaborate again and celebrate inclusive workplaces nationwide.
