Beware of mythbusting: how to maximise impact and address misinformation

Mythbusting is often used in D&I practice as a way to educate. At this event, we will explore the risks of this approach, why it often doesn’t work and how D&I change agents and practitioners can achieve more positive impact without reinforcing divisive misinformation about D&I which is so common.
