Discussion centred around the multifaceted challenges of advancing diversity & inclusion in ogranisations, acknowledging varied lived experiences and addressing pushback and backlash.
Lisa Annese, DCA’s CEO, shared the work that DCA is doing on fostering inclusivity amidst the crisis in Gaza, strategies for promoting inclusive recruitment, the engagement of men in advancing gender equality, building workplace inclusion, and examining the influence of socioeconomic class on inclusion.
