DCA Inclusion@Work Index Report cover. Green background with white text
DCA’s CEO Lisa Annese presented the research update on the findings from our 4th Inclusion@Work Index 2023-2024, released in February 2024.

Based on a survey of 3,000 workers in Australia, the Index findings show once again that inclusion matters to employees, and that inclusive workplace environments foster wellbeing and performance – but businesses need to do better in some areas when it comes to D&I post-pandemic.

This event convered:
  • Has inclusion and exclusion at work changed post-pandemic?
  • What is the state of support for diversity and inclusion in 2024?
  • How inclusive are workplaces for First Nations workers in 2024?
  • How can we build team inclusion?
Our panel, led by, Shaheen Hughes (she/her), Lead Specialist Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Gold Fields, included:
  • Lisa Annese (she/her), CEO, DCA
  • Tracy Al Saidi (she/her), Director, People & Culture, Chamber of Commerce and Industry WA
  • Sam Le Page (he/him), Senior Community Development Officer, City of Stirling
