Accountability in Action: Does going public improve diversity and equity?

In 2024, the Workplace Gender Equality Agency published the gender pay gaps of private sector employers with 100 or more employees. At this event, we will hear from WGEA about how the publication of these gaps is helping to increase transparency and accelerate change.
