DCA's Inclusion at Work Week 18-22 November 2024

Start your preparations for Inclusion at Work Week

DCA’s Inclusion at Work Week is an annual, week-long national celebration of diversity and inclusion in Australian workplaces. With all the evidence on how Inclusion@Work benefits employee health and wellbeing, innovation, and organisational performance – what’s not to celebrate?

Since its inception in 2022, #InclusionAtWorkWeek keeps growing year on year. This year, the campaign will run from 18 to 22 November 2024, and includes a range of events to help you expand your D&I toolbox.

Last year, over 500 organisations across Australia took the opportunity to highlight what inclusion means to them, and showcased inspiring stories from their D&I journey.
