DCA’s Research Director, Dr Jane O’Leary and Senior Research Manager, Dr Rose D’Almada-Remedios, shared insights into the findings of the launch of DCA’s 4th Inclusion@Work Index.

Based on a survey of 3,000 workers in Australia, the Index findings showed once again that inclusion matters to workers, and that inclusive environments foster worker wellbeing and performance. However, results also indicated some areas where businesses needed to do better in terms of diversity and inclusion post-pandemic.

This webinar explored the following questions:

  • Has inclusion and exclusion at work changed post-pandemic?
  • What is the state of support for diversity and inclusion in 2024?
  • How inclusive are workplaces for First Nations workers in 2024?
  • How can we build team inclusion?
