Our Knowledge Programs are usually only open for group bookings but for Inclusion at Work Week only, DCA is holding Open Knowledge Programs where you can attend a knowledge program as an individual.

DCA’s Knowledge Programs are 90-minute sessions aimed at increasing employee knowledge, skills and awareness of a range of diversity and inclusion topics. The programs are grounded in the latest DCA and industry research and delivered by experienced facilitators.

 

Education is one of the most effective ways to foster inclusion and increase employee support for D&I initiatives, and DCA’s Knowledge Programs are an excellent way to upskill yourself and your staff and complement or kickstart internal D&I initiatives.

Diversity & Inclusion Fundamentals – Understanding workplace diversity, inclusion and core concepts for D&I literacy.

Understanding diversity and inclusion is necessary to build inclusive workplaces and has both personal and business benefits. This fundamentals program explains diversity and inclusion, and their importance in the workplace. It unpacks the diversity dimensions and how they can influence workplace D&I change and outlines the core concepts to build diversity and inclusion literacy such as unconscious bias and intersectionality.

 

This program is for organisations and participants at the beginning of their D&I journeys, looking to understand key concepts essential to creating diverse and inclusive workplaces.
