DCA’s CEO Roundtable Lunch is an exclusive event bringing together select leaders from our member organisations. Discussion centres on how we can together build more inclusive workplaces and enhance diversity and inclusion across all sectors. The event is reserved for DCA Member CEOs and Managing Directors, allowing them a unique forum to engage and discuss current opportunities and challenges for diversity and inclusion. This is a fantastic opportunity to build relationships, profile your organisation and share your D&I strengths and achievements.
Never-before has Australia seen such a critical time for visionary leadership and focus on workplace diversity and inclusion. We believe our roundtable forums afford a great opportunity to share thought-leadership perspectives with experienced colleagues, and build and strengthen the relationship between DCA and your organisation.
Since 2016 DCA has held many highly successful CEO Roundtables. Attendance is by invitation only, places are limited to 12 attendees to ensure a valuable connection and exchange with all involved.
