Following the launch of the RISE project, as a visionary project that aims to build pathways to leadership for women from culturally and racially marginalised (CARM) backgrounds, this webinar delves into the project’s progress and offers further insights into the Phase 2 intake.

Expertly guided by Dr. Virginia Mapedzahama (she/her), Director of Member Education at DCA, this event features distinguished guest speakers sharing invaluable insights, encompassing:

  • A recap of the RISE Project and its objectives
  • An update on project progress
  • Common themes that have arisen through the ASSESS to RISE tool,
  • Information on how organisations can apply for the final Phase (Phase 2) of the RISE Project, 
  • A chance to ask questions about the project.
