Canberra Research Update: Disability Data at Work
October 31 @ 2:30 pm - 4:30 pm AEDT

Join us in Canberra for this in-person event on how collecting disability data enables organisations to understand the mix of people in their workplace and the inclusion and exclusion experiences of employees with disability and how this helps to make informed decisions about accessibility, monitor progress, and drive positive change that supports inclusion.
We will present the findings from our report Disability Data at Work, in partnership with Australian Disability Network. This presentation will explore the key insights from the report, which sheds light on the workplace experiences of people with disability and outlines essential strategies for fostering workplace environments where employees feel safe to disclose their disability without fear of repercussions.
A panel discussion will follow the presentation to explore the critical role capturing disability data has in cultivating inclusive workplaces where all employees can thrive.
The event runs from 2.30pm – 4:00pm followed by networking and refreshments till 4.30pm AEDT.
Live captions can be accessed via your smart device during the event.
