DCA's Inclusion@Work Index provides valuable insights into the need for inclusion in the workplace and the benefits it has on the performance and well-being of all employees.
With the support of Suncorp, we began tracking the state of inclusion in the Australian workforce in 2017. Now in its second iteration, the 2019-2020 Inclusion@Work Index, sponsored by Suncorp and Novartis, focuses on two important questions:
- How inclusive is the Australian workplace for a diversity of employees, and how has this changed over time?
- What impact does inclusion have on performance and wellbeing?
