Case Study Conversation: Neuro-inclusion at EY
June 3 @ 12:30 pm - 1:30 pm AEST
Free
At our June case study conversation, we investigate how EY Australia champions autism and neurodiversity by taking a strategic approach to deliver DE&I change that works.
Join DCA CEO Catherine Hunter (she/her) in conversation with Zoë Field (she/her), EY Regional Disability Inclusion and Workplace Adjustments Lead, and Laura Grant (she/her), EY Regional Diversity, Equity & Inclusiveness (DE&I) Talent Attraction & Acquisition Lead.
Together, Zoë and Laura will share how EY identified gaps in their organisational psychological safety, disclosure etiquette, workplace adjustments, and neuro-inclusive leadership, and went on to build and embed a strategic framework to:
- shape an inclusive employment journey for all
- unlock an accessible workplace for everyone to thrive
- advance a neuro-inclusive, disability-confident workplace where everyone feels they belong
Within the context of DCA’s successful Change at Work framework, they will highlight how EY teams:
- took a person-centred and inclusive approach through their employee network group, Ability
- designed, implemented and iterated a best practice approach to workplace adjustments
- developed and embedded data-informed approaches to neuro-inclusion and accessibility
- created an overarching neurodiversity strategy in lockstep with the EY Accessibility & Inclusion Plan for Oceania
- continued to build on disability-inclusive and neuro-affirming capability uplift
Join us for this conversation to hear more from EY teams as they build on the DCA case study: Championing Autism and Neurodiversity at Ernst and Young from March 2024, taking us on a journey of leading neuro-inclusive change.
