The Key Contacts of our member organisations represent a broad range of industry sectors, with each encountering distinct challenges on the journey towards achieving D&I success. To harness the collective strengths of this extensive community and tap into the experiences and expertise of D&I practitioners, we have developed this unique event format to foster community building and collaboration between DCA peers.
 
This next event, hosted by Great Southern Bank, will serve as a valuable platform for Key Contacts in Brisbane to build relationships, exchange ideas, learn from one another, and deepen the connection to the DCA Team while gaining a better understanding of the wide-ranging membership benefits. 

We will welcome members to participate in interactive sessions led by DCA facilitators. 

The planned session topics include: 

– details on membership benefits, education offerings and research updates

– peer discussions around D&I initiatives, challenges, roadblocks and wins  

– peer networking to connect our community of D&I practitioners.
